About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and create long-term business value. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, experience negotiating high-impact collaborations, and the ability to execute integrated partnership campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard strategic brand partners aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media partners, influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Develop partnership proposals, pitch decks, and integrated marketing plans.
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle including prospecting, negotiation, execution, renewals, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, product, PR, and content to deliver successful campaigns.
- Drive co-branded campaigns, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and promotional collaborations.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, partnership KPIs, and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, deliverables, and timelines with partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, alliances, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or business development.
- Proven track record of closing successful brand collaborations and revenue-generating partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and presentation platforms.

- Experience in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, or media partnerships.
- Existing network across brands, agencies, or startups.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning.
