Job Summary:
As the Head of Sales, you will define and drive the sales strategy for our influencer marketing business. You’ll be
responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, forging strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent
revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
Define, develop, and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with organizational vision and growth
targets.
Take complete ownership of the sales division’s P&L, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and
profitability.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies to expand into new geographies, industry sectors, and product
offerings.
Establish scalable sales processes, frameworks, and best practices across the sales lifecycle.
Drive diversification of revenue channels, including long-term retainers, performance-based models, and
strategic alliances.
Client Acquisition & Key Account Management
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for high-value enterprise deals, from prospecting to closure.
Develop key accounts into long-term revenue contributors through consultative sales approaches and
multi-channel campaigns.
Personally handle large clients, strategic relationships, and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
Identify white space opportunities within existing accounts for upselling, cross-selling, and co-creation of
solutions.
Sales Team Development & Performance Management
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Design structured sales training programs, enablement tools, and mentoring initiatives to upskill the team.
Implement incentive programs, recognition frameworks, and career growth paths to drive motivation and
retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline health checks, and team calibration meetings.

Business Planning & Market Expansion
Contribute to annual business planning by defining sales targets, growth objectives, and expansion
roadmaps.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new client categories, and untapped
regions.
Benchmark performance against industry standards and use data-driven insights to improve sales strategy.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and support demand
generation.
Work closely with the talent, campaign, and product teams to build tailor-made influencer solutions.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams on deal structuring, pricing models, and contract negotiation.
Brand & Thought Leadership
Represent the company at key industry events, award forums, networking summits, and pitch panels.
Contribute to building brand equity through participation in media engagements, speaker sessions, and
whitepapers.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agency partners, digital platforms, and
media buyers.
Technology & CRM Management
Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data
dashboards.
Ensure real-time visibility into sales performance metrics, funnel progression, and client engagement.
Identify tools and platforms that enhance sales productivity, client tracking, and account intelligence.
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards.
Identify risks in client contracts, delivery expectations, and payment cycles, and build mitigation plans.
Establish audit-ready documentation and client records across the sales process.

Required Skills:
● Good understanding of the influencer industry, the top players, brands and educates themselves on the
development of the Creator Economy
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with Talent and industry contacts who may be based
in various time zones
