Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience to lead high-impact creator partnerships and influencer campaigns across digital platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, campaign execution, talent management, brand collaborations, and performance-driven marketing strategies. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute influencer partnerships that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting.
- Identify suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across multiple categories and platforms.
- Create campaign briefs, content guidelines, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, social media, PR, and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency.
Influencer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and compensation agreements.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth onboarding of influencers.
- Monitor influencer content for quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
Performance & Analytics
- Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, ROI, and audience growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer opportunities.
Budget & Operations
- Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within timelines and budget allocations.
- Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and campaign documentation.
- Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and disclosure policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing, preferably in a brand, agency, or D2C environment.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and digital content strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
