Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Head – Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our influencer marketing vertical. This role will drive high-impact creator partnerships, campaign strategy, client relationships, and team leadership across multiple brands and platforms. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the creator economy, strong industry networks, and the ability to deliver innovative, ROI-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and lead the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with business and client objectives.
Build scalable influencer and creator partnership frameworks across categories and platforms.
Identify emerging trends, platforms, and content opportunities within the creator ecosystem.
Drive innovation in campaign formats, creator collaborations, and digital storytelling.
Campaign & Client Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
Lead campaign ideation, budgeting, execution planning, and performance optimization.
Manage key client relationships and act as the primary escalation point for influencer campaigns.
Present campaign strategies, insights, and business recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing influencer marketing team.
Establish processes, workflows, and performance standards for campaign execution.
Collaborate closely with creative, media, strategy, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence.
Influencer & Industry Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with top influencers, creator agencies, talent managers, and platform representatives.
Lead negotiations for high-value influencer partnerships and brand associations.
Evaluate influencer fit, authenticity, audience quality, and brand alignment.
Analytics & Business Growth
Monitor campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, and earned media value.
Drive revenue growth through influencer-led solutions and strategic partnerships.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to new business pitches and revenue opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or integrated brand campaigns.
Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and leading teams.
Strong network within the influencer, creator, and media ecosystem.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of social media analytics, creator performance metrics, and platform algorithms.
Ability to manage multiple clients, teams, and high-pressure deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in digital agencies, media agencies, talent management firms, or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of paid media amplification and integrated marketing campaigns.
Exposure to regional and international influencer ecosystems is an advantage.
