Job Role: Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Gurugram

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong creator relationships, campaign execution experience, and a solid understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
Coordinate with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders for campaign delivery.
Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, and ROI.
Maintain influencer databases and relationship pipelines.
Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and timely approvals.
Stay updated on digital trends, creator economy insights, and competitor activities.
Generate campaign reports and present performance insights to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with influencer tools/platforms and analytics dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
